Fixed my car. The mechanic put up with my whining when he called and told me that I needed more work than I thought and it would cost more than double what I planned.... Before you start whining though, think about it... It seems tough to be a good mechanic these days, new cars are so different than old. Most good mechanics like to fix things, not deal with people who are stressed out about their cars and their money, and maybe have trust issues... The price quoted by the mechanic was the price I paid. I think he was being honest about the problem. It was not cheap but what is? The work was done and the vehicle runs great now. It has only been a day... Its hard to find a good mechanic these days, just saying...

I have been going to Agen Automotive for decades. They always do good work, and the staff is very friendly in person and on the phone. I have also recommended them to my family and friends.

I had to take my 2017 Jeep Wrangler to get the front axle seals replaced. I had Agen's also conduct a full inspection and there were a few other things that needed to be addressed. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on and in spite of a couple mishaps, they completed the repairs on schedule.

I dropped off my vehicle due to leaks and after further diagnostics I had to replace my head gasket. I received a call and Steve recommended I replace valves. My vehicle has been repaired. I am bringing vehicle back to replace or talk to someone about my cooling fan issue. I entrust the mechanics on their suggestions.

I brought my vehicle to a repair shop and they recommended further diagnostics to this shop for head gasket repair. Steve, the mechanic also noted that the bearing was out which I totally forgot to mention when dropping off the vehicle after running into a pot hole that concerned me. That is proof that they thoroughly look through the vehicles they work on. I am happy with all the service that was provided even with their front desk staff. My vehicle has been repaired with the minor issues.

Agen's Automotive has done top notch job servicing, maintaining and repairing our SUV. Both the office staff and mechanics contact me in a timely manner in regards to costs, what repairs are done and what, if anything, they find that might also need to be addressed. All services and repairs are scheduled and done in a timely manner, and we will defiantly keep coming back.
